<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch having a structure which can prevent a cut part in a watch case with the cut part formed between a pair of rods from being opened by using a mounting structure of a mounting band. <P>SOLUTION: Through holes 121A, 121B used to lock end parts of fixation pins 14 are formed in each pair of rods 12A, 12B. Each fixation pin 14 comprises a rod-shaped fixation pin mainframe 142 used to hold the mounting band 16 and a flange part 141 installed in an end part on one side of each pin mainframe 142. Each flange part 141 at each fixation pin 14 is engaged with each through hole 121A on one side, and an end part on the other side of each pin mainframe 142 is engaged with each through hole 121B on the other side.
