PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a user such as a resident, a nurse, and a patient from obtaining personal information regarding the privacy of another user by varying an ID value as the user likes during the operation of a system and to prevent the system from malfunctioning owing to a repeated ID value. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a living-room master device 4, a repeater 5 for the living-room master device which has an ID registration part 52, and a controller 8 which controls the repeater for the living-room master device, and the repeater for the living-room master device has a storage part 53 which stores setting contents of the ID registration part before change when the setting state of the ID registration part is changed, and a CPU 51 for operating according to the set contents stored in the storage part while ignoring the setting state of the ID registration part.
