PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating which can form powder coating films having excellent anti-foaming effects. SOLUTION: This powder coating composition is characterized by comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a carboxyl group-containing thermosetting polyester resin, (B) 3 to 150 pts.wt. of a curing agent containing a functional group capable of reacting with the carboxyl group, and (C) a coumarone resin having a softening point of≥80°C and compatible with the resin (A) and/or the curing agent (B) in an amount of 0.01 to 20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components (A) and (B).
