PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for easily and efficiently considering the machine kind of a device to be purchased by a user.

SOLUTION: The information processor 153 (x) automatically performs access to a network address (URL in the Internet 120) corresponding to device information (the information on the maker or machine kind of the device) of an arbitrary device 151 (x) on a network (local network) 140 to acquire the specific information of the device (the information on a new product corresponding to the maker or machine kind of the device), and outputs (display-outputs) the acquired information to the user.
