PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of flexibly setting access rights at the time of changing access rights to an indicated folder in document management by hierarchically structured folders. SOLUTION: This document processor for controlling processing to the documents of folders managed in a hierarchical structure according to access rights set for the documents and the folders is provided with a change information obtaining means for obtaining access right change information from a user by making a display unit display a screen allowing the user to indicate the change of access rights to a document managed immediately under an indicated folder indicated by the user and descendant folders belonging to the lower hierarchy of the indicated folder and an access right changing means for changing a part or all of the access rights to the indicated folder and the descendant folders obtained according to the hierarchical structure and the document immediately under the indicated folder.
