PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize size reduction of trucks and efficient inspection work for a module plate. SOLUTION: The truck has a fixing frame 3 for fixing a module plate 2, a U-shape column 6 supporting the facing sides of the fixing frame 3, and a rotation mechanism 4 provided to the U-shape column 6 and freely rotating and stopping the fixing frame 3. Voltage inspection and visual inspection are performed as maintaining the plate 2 at an arbitrary angle. The rotation mechanism 4 is fixed to the outside of the column 6, forms a hole and is formed in nearly the same size as the surface side of a fixed circle provided in the center with an axis hole. It is also provided with a rotational circle provided with a shaft mechanism supporting the rotation axis for fixing a rotation stopper in the hole and rotating the fixing frame 3.
