PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable heat pump-type heat exchanger core with low air circulating resistance and high performance. SOLUTION: A plate fin 1 used in the heat exchanger core is provided with a first area 4 and a second area 5 equal to each other in the width direction, and further provided with a third area 6 having a width narrower than the width of the first and second areas. Only the first area 4 and the second area 5 are provided with tube insertion holes 2 arranged zigzag as a whole. Slits 7 are cut and raised on the first area 4 and the second area 5 at a windward side of the air flow 8, and the third area 6 is provided with a flat face free from the slits 7.
