PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid impedance mismatch between a differential line and a common mode choke coil parts. SOLUTION: When the common mode choking coil parts 1 is disposed between the differential lines, there is a possibility of occurring a problem due to the mismatch of impedance if the impedance of the common mode choking coil parts 1 does not match the characteristic impedance of the differential line. A resistor element 15 (16) is arranged on at least a route 13 (14) between ends of coils (3, 4) that constitute the common mode choke coil 2. The resistor element 15 (16) has a resistor value to make the common mode choke coil parts 1 have the impedance that matches the differential line to be connected.
