PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by lifting a mars light provided to an emergency vehicle from a vehicle roof so that it is visible from other vehicles even during parking, so as not to be hidden even if the trunk is opened. SOLUTION: There are provided a base frame 1, a lift base 10 on which a mars light L is mounted, and a lifting link mechanism 20 which is interposed between the base frame 1 and the lift base 10 to raise/lower the lift base 10. The lifting link mechanism 20 comprises first and second links 21 and 22 pivoted at an intermediate intersection, and a power cylinder 30. One end of the first link 21 is pivoted to the base frame 1, and the other end is supported to allow movement along the lift base 10, while one end of the second link 22 is supported to allow movement along the base frame 1 and the other end is pivoted to the left base 10. Expansion/contraction of the power cylinder 30 changes inclination of the first and second links 21 and 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
