PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission method, an information reception method and an information transmission program capable of easily discriminating objectively important information at the information reception side. SOLUTION: The method has a first acquisition step (S1) for acquiring the level of importance added by an information transmitter from the received information, a second acquisition step (S2) for acquiring at least one of levels of importance for each communication function or for each information receiver both set by the information transmitter, and transmission steps (S3-S5) for calculating the integrated level of importance of information transmitted to the information receiver from the information transmitter according to the levels of importance each acquired in the first acquisition step and in the second acquisition step respectively and for transmitting various information to the information receiver's terminal according to the information and its integrated level of importance.
