PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a computer for assigning an actual address of more than the expressible size of the register of 1 to a main memory properly operate a program capable of processing such actual address and a program incapable of processing it in parallel. SOLUTION: When it is impossible to express a current assignment destination actual address obtained from the designated virtual address of a first program which is being executed with the bit width of the register of 1, interruption is generated. Then, a re-assignment actual address expressible by the register of 1 (storage actual address in the register) is calculated (3320), whether or not a virtual page indicated by the designated virtual address is made resident in the actual page including the current assignment destination actual address is judged (3330), and when the virtual page is not resided in the actual page, a reassignment actual page is re-assigned to the virtual page including the designated virtual address (3335), but when it resides in the page, the actual page non-assignment information of the virtual page including the designated virtual address is defined as the reference information of the first program (3340).
