PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fixation belt by combining a non-magnetic metal layer and a magnetic metal layer so that the heat can be more efficiently generated as compared with the constitution of a single magnetic metal layer. SOLUTION: The fixation roller is constituted of the magnetic metal layer and the non-magnetic metal layer, and the non-magnetic metal layer is arranged outside the magnetic metal layer, and the non-magnetic layer is made thinner than the magnetic metal layer.
