<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramics bearing part capable of satisfying the high quality. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the bearing part, because a mixture is made of an organometallic compound as a pre-ceramic pre-stage silicon in an alloy shape on an element shape as a chemical reaction filler and transformed into ceramics, the ceramics bearing part satisfying the high quality can be manufactured owing to inclusion of a pyrolitic reaction mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
