PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis simulator, analysis simulation method and analysis simulation program capable of executing detailed identification of failure part of a device in a short time without requiring skilled technique. SOLUTION: The analysis simulator used for design and analysis has a design means (logic diagram tool 11, circuit diagram tool 12, layout diagram tool 13, test pattern tool 14, etc.), for designing a device based on design information, a test result tool 15 taking in the tested result of a device (analysis object) designed with the design means and produced, and an analysis means (logic diagram tool 11, circuit diagram tool 12, layout diagram tool 13, test pattern tool 14, test result tool 15, etc.), comparing the output value of the analysis object calculated with the design means and the test result, and identifying the failure part.
