PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic lock having excellent picking prevention performance and security. SOLUTION: This provides a security function of an electronic lock having an electronic lock main body which locks and unlocks by protruding or storing its latch by electromagnetic solenoid or servo motor upon receiving a particular radio wave and is arranged at an adequate position on the rear side of a door, and the surface of a remote controller of the electronic lock having the remote controller capable of transmitting a particular radio wave from a remote distance to the main body of the electronic lock comprises a flat shaped reading portion for clearly examining a fingerprint image having a high discrimination ability, a converter section for converting the fingerprint images read by the reading portion into electric signal, a discriminating circuit for collating and discriminating the converted electrical signal and an electrical signal related to the fingerprint image input and registered in a storage in advance, and a control section instructing the transmission to the transmitting circuit when the collation and discrimination are performed in the discrimination circuit in the configuration.
