<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to know the setting place of a printer capable of printing a picture in the same color as that of the merchandise of a picture indicated by a color picture file. <P>SOLUTION: The picture reproduction information of a color picture file and the current position information of a user are transmitted from a portable telephone 1 to a printer managing server 30 (a step 64). From the information of the setting places of printers which can print a picture in the same color as that of the merchandise of a color picture indicated by the color picture file, the information of the printer which is close to the current position of the user is retrieved by a printer managing server 30 based on the picture reproduction information (a step 72). The retrieved setting place information is transmitted to the portable telephone set 1 (a step 73). The user visits at the setting place, and prints the picture of the color picture file.
