<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a central axis of a lens not to deviate from a optical axis when adjusting of a lens position. <P>SOLUTION: A lens holder (14A) set by being pressed all the time with a pressure bar spring (16) at a corner part formed by a bottom plate (122) and a vertical wall (124), has an adjustment groove (14Aa) extending to a direction orthogonal to the vertical wall. The adjustment groove (14Aa) is formed like a taper, wherein the width becomes narrower as it becomes closer to the vertical wall, and the width becomes wider as it becomes farther from the vertical wall. The lens holder (14A) is moved along with the direction of an optical axis (OA) of a laser beam by moving an adjustment pin (18a) by putting the adjustment pin in the adjustment groove (14Aa) through a hole (122b) bored at the bottom plate. Thereby, the position of the lens (BSL) is adjusted without deviation of its central axis from the optical axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
