<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door outside handle device for a vehicle, which is excellent in resistance to discharge breakdown. <P>SOLUTION: The door outside handle device for the vehicle is provided with a capacitance-operated sensor 2 for detecting approach to or contact with a handle 1.
