<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote purchase of an infrastructure material (living necessities) low in an environmental load of a consumer. <P>SOLUTION: An infrastructure material LCA point list creation part P1 creates a page for listing an LCA point per the unit of the infrastructure material for every supply entity from a type of infrastructure material to another, and a page for listing a unit price per unit purchase amount of the infrastructure material and a unit environment point acquired by a consumer from a type of infrastructure material to another, and provides them for the consumer 400. When the consumer applies on an infrastructure supply request acceptance page G2 by referring to the information thereof, it is reported to the infrastructure material supply entity and the infrastructure material is supplied. The environment points acquired by each consumer are accumulated and converted into benefit provided by a third party.
