PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a user LAN to a wide band LAN of a communication common carrier with an inexpensive device and to automatically perform the setting of a customer station side device on a station side. SOLUTION: An optical conversion bridge 40 on the station side is provided with an operation setting control part 412 for transmitting a control packet including set value information for changing a default value at the time of turning on the power source of an optical conversion bridge 50 on a customer station side to a set value registered beforehand when the power source of the optical conversion bridge 40 on the station side is on or when the power source of the optical conversion bridge 50 on the customer station side is turned on. The optical conversion bridge 50 on the customer station side is provided with an operation change control part 512 for receiving the control packet from the optical conversion bridge 40 on the station side and changing the operation setting of the present device on the basis of the set value information.
