<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand and supply control system capable of optimally determining the best way for transporting commodities from a plant to a base according to the production amount of the commodities in a plurality of plants and the demanded amount of the commodities in a plurality of bases. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity available amounts in the plants and the commodity demanded amounts in the bases are totaled for specified intervals, respectively. After the linkage of a specified plant to the bases is determined referring to a block forcing table (first linking processing), the commodity available amounts of the remaining plants are apportioned according to the commodity demanded amounts of the remaining bases (balance adjustment). Then, referring to a brand forcing table, the linkage of the specified base to the plants is determined according to the available amounts of the plants (second linkage treatment). Next, referring to a regional priority table, the linkage of the remaining plants to the bases is sequentially determined (third linkage processing). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
