PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device capable of adjusting a spray amount of fuel precisely and a hot water heating device equipped with the combustion device.

SOLUTION: A fuel going passage 11 for supplying fuel and a fuel return passage 17 for returning fuel are connected to a fuel injection nozzle 3 of the combustion device 2. A pump 15 for feeding fuel into the fuel injection nozzle 3 is provided on the halfway of the fuel going passage 11. Moreover, an injector valve 10 is provided on the halfway of the fuel return passage 17. The injector valve 10 is provided with a valve element 33 for regulating flowing out of fuel. A spray amount of fuel from the fuel injection nozzle 3 is adjusted by controlling opening and closing of the valve element 33 by a spray control means 40.
