PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock device in which a specified signal only becomes effective to surely prevent overlapped operations, if a plurality of signals are input. SOLUTION: An interlock device 2 includes a setting means 21, a holding means 22 and an interlocking means 23. By designating two or more signals out of a plurality of input signals, the setting means 21 sets an interlock effective area for the designated area. Based on the interlock effective area, the holding means 22 holds a first input signal out of input signals designated within the effective area. When input signals designated within the interlock effective area are input, the interlock means 23 outputs the held input signal only, based on the held input signal and prohibits to output other input signals.
