The washer has a trolley to transport components to a washing area, with a translucent belt having sealed gauntlets for manipulation of a cleaning lance. The components are fixed by straps onto a planetary system of the trolley, to allow orientation of the components during cleaning. There can be a cabin for the spraying operation to prevent release of water mist from the cleaning area.
