<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digitizing tablet. <P>SOLUTION: The digitizing tablet 100 provided with an array of magnetic random access memory cells 106 and a signal processor 102 which is coupled to the array are provided. The array of the random access memory cells 106 may be modified by at least a magnetic field 112 applied from the outside, and each memory cell 106 is provided with a magnetic bit which is changed in orientation by an electric field or the magnetic field applied from the outside. When a reading signal is subjected to the array, an electric signal which is changed based on the direction of the bit is generated.
