PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input/output system, an information processing apparatus and a computer program preventing illicit inputs and outputs of information. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus 1 receives from an input device 3 an IP address specifying the input device 3, identifies the input device 3 according to the IP address received, limits information input from the input device 3, in accordance with limits stored in relation to the IP address, stores the input information, and outputs the stored information from output devices 5, 5,..., and 5. Information input from the input device 3 and specified by an IP address not stored in the information processing apparatus 1 is not allowed to be output from the output devices 5, 5,..., and 5 until it is approved by an administrator.
