摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill surpassing a windmill of a horizontally rotational axis in practice by fully improving a function of a vertically rotatinal axis windmill in a windmill for a wind power generation. In a vertically rotational axis windmill, a rotor blade frame structure which is simple and open differently from a conventional one is devised. This adds a movable mechanism which adjusts applied power corresponding to the change in a wind velocity on a blade frame structure which is difficult hitherto, and also adds the weight reduction and embodiment of a rational bearing structure. SOLUTION: As a rotor blade frame structure of the vertically rotational axis windmill, an almost straight 'cantilever blade' expanding radially in a plurality of directions is devised. The radial 'cantilever blade' is the simplest machine element equipped with a necessary function as the vertically rotational axis windmill. The movable mechanism is added on the blade frame with making use of the blade frame which is simple and open by the following means. Each 'cantilever blade' of the blade frame is formed in such a structure that can swing in the radial direction around the fulcrum of a supporting part, and is furnished with a mechanism swinging while interlocking with each other.
