PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of attaching a correct toll station number even at a border area of the toll station number. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system where a base station apparatus and a plurality of mobile station apparatuses are connected in a cellular system, the base station apparatus BS2 sets information of a plurality of toll station numbers '044, 045' included in a wireless service area SE2 of its own station to an outgoing control channel of its own station so as to inform a mobile station apparatus about the information and the mobile station apparatus MS2 makes a call needing a tool station number while attaching the toll station number to the call, displays the information of a plurality of kinds of the toll station numbers '044, 045' on its screen, attaches the toll station number '045' manually selected on the screen by a user to a dialed destination number '222-3333' and transmits the resulting number.
