PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately answer a visitor by securely identifying the visitor. SOLUTION: A system comprises portable telephone sets 1a, 1b,... that visitors carry, a slave device 2 which can read in authentication data by communicating with the portable telephone sets, and a master device 4 which is called by the salve device to communicate; and the master device is provided with an authentication data storage part 45 which matches authentication data on a visitor read in by communicating with a portable telephone when called by the slave device against preregistered authentication data, an authentication data comparison part 46 which compares both the pieces of data, a master device display 48 which displays registration contents when both the pieces of compared data match each other, and a melody data storage part 47 which calls by sounding an individual call melody corresponding to the authentication data of the visitor.
