摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a junction having low inductance and the small variation of inductance by preventing the formation of a superconducting electrode extended while crossing the inclined plane of an interlayer insulating film in a lamp edge junction by adopting a simple means regarding a superconductive junction. SOLUTION: In the lamp edge type superconductive junction using an oxide superconductor, the superconductive junction has the lower superconducting electrode 12 formed on a substrate 11 and having a lamp edge, the amorphous interlayer insulating film 13 laminated and formed on the lower superconducting electrode 12 having the lamp edge and having the lamp edge continued to the lamp edge of the lower superconducting electrode 12 and an upper superconducting electrode 14, which is extended from the upper section of the substrate 11 to the lower superconducting electrode 12 and the resistance of which is increased from a neighboring section crossing the lamp edge in the lower superconducting electrode 12.
