The method includes unrolling a ribbon (2) of amorphous material on a mandrel (3), under the form of a toroid roll (2) made of superposed spirals, and submitted to thermal treatment. The toroid roll is constituted by a magnetic core whose structure is partially nano-crystalline. The unrolling of the amorphous ribbon under tension comprises between 0.3N and 1N, on a peripheral unrolling surface of the mandrel on which are provided wedges (5a,5b) projecting radially, towards the exterior of the mandrel, in a manner to impose the presence of a play (6) between the unrolling surface of the mandrel and the internal peripheral surface of unrolling of the core. |
