<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utilizing environment and a means to search efficiently the information offered from innumerable terminals existing on the Internet and for turning the information from terminals into more beneficial form of utilization. <P>SOLUTION: When any information from a terminal is to be registered, information to show the ID and attribute inherent in the terminal and the specific position where the terminal exists is acquired, and the position of the terminal is made capable to recognize through a processing to decide the range in service according to the evaluation of the reliability and safety of the information. Also other information registered are processed into various forms and sorted so that it can be offered as a database easier to utilize.
