PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver that has a suppressed cost by integrating ghost removal circuits into one and performs ghost removal to one inputted video from which the ghost is desirable to be removed in the case of two-picture display. SOLUTION: At a two-picture display state that output video of a first ground wave tuner is displayed on an operation picture (left picture) and output video of a second ground wave tuner is displayed on the other picture (right picture), a CPU 6 controls first and second switching circuits 1, 2 so that output of the first ground wave tuner passes the ghost removal circuit 3.
