PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for switching a notch filter into one of optimum property of proper operability, according to the changeover of the pass- band width of a filter in a receiver, which is equipped with the filter capable of adjusting the pass-band width and the notch filter capable of controlling the center frequency. SOLUTION: The notch filter can control its attenuation range and the change range of its center frequency and is equipped with an attenuation range control means which automatically controls the attenuation range of the notch filter, in linkage of the pass-band width of the filter, and a change range control means which automatically controls the change range of the center frequency of the notch filter, in linkage to the pass-band width of the filter.
