摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of a latching body moving from an allowable unreeling position to an unreeling stopping position. SOLUTION: A driving force receiving part 30 made of a magnetic substance being a part of a needle 29 is cylindrical and a cylindrical latching body 31 made of a nonmagnetic substance is inserted into and connected to the cylindrical part of the driving force receiving part 30. The diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the driving force receiving part 30 is a fixed diameter D<SB>0</SB>. The diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the driving force receiving part 30 is different between the upper part side (a first coil 21 side) and a lower part side (a second coil 24 side).
