PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple-structured adhesive sheet having electrically conductive circuit(s) in place, good in handleability, and stickable and laminable on an object through expressing tackiness upon heating in its use, and to provide a method for producing the adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet with the electrically conductive circuit(s) is obtained by the following practice: the surface of a substrate is coated with a heat-sensitive adhesive nontacky at normal temperatures but expressing tackiness upon heating to form a heat-sensitive adhesive layer, the electrically conductive circuit(s) is (are) printed with an electrically conductive ink on the layer while the layer is nontacky, and the circuit(s) is (are) then cured and set.
