INFORMATION PROCESSOR, URL PROVIDING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system for providing information of a URL according to interest, taste and the like of a user without need of active access of the user.

SOLUTION: The information processor has: an identifier input part for inputting an identifier of an individual, an organization or an apparatus; a URL list request information generation part for requesting a URL list including a list of URLs to generate URL list request information including the identifiers; a communication part for transmitting the URL list request information to a URL list providing device to receive the URL list from a URL list providing device and for transmitting URL access information for accessing the URL generated by a URL list processing part to receive information transmitted from the URL; and the URL list processing part for generating URL access information based on the received URL list to transmit it to the communication part and for inputting information from the URL received by the communication part to generate and output an image signal and a sound signal based on the information.
