<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical parts having a reflection preventive function superior in durability at a low cost, and optical parts giving the reflection preventive function superior in durability on a hard coated film at the low cost, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A reflection preventive structure composed of a minute unevenness 3 is provided by molding on at least one face side of an optical substrate 2. The reflection preventive structure composed of the minute unevenness 3 is provided on a hard coated film 4 provided on at least one face side of the optical substrate 2.
