PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform display device capable of displaying an entire waveform image and a partial magnified waveform image on the same screen at the same time without reducing the entire waveform image, by a simple operation. SOLUTION: There are provided an entire waveform image generating part which generates an image representing the entire waveform, a partial magnified waveform image generating part where a magnification frame whose center is an arbitrarily specified point on the entire waveform image is specified, and an image is generated, in the magnification frame, from a specified part of the entire waveform to be magnified and displayed at a specified magnification, and a display image compositing part where the entire waveform image and the partial magnified waveform image are composited to be displayed on the same screen.
