<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating method by a fuel cell which can improve stability at the time of switching to a heavy-load operation from a low-load operation and starting, and can shorten the switching time and the start time. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system has a fuel processing equipment 30 which generates fuel gas that carries out reforming of a raw material for reforming to make fuel gas with hydrogen as a principal component, the fuel cell 61 which generates electricity using the above fuel gas, a power-generation amount measurement means 80 which measures the power- generation amount of the fuel cell 61, and a control part 71 which controls the velocity of a power generation amount increase according to the measured power generation amount by the power generation amount measurement means 80, when the above power generation amount is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
