PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing overhang parts, which prevents the overhanging part from being deformed, when degreasing and sintering them. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the overhang parts which comprise an overhanging part 7 having a gap 9 formed in a lower position, when being placed to be degreased and sintered after a powder injection molding step, for instance, a rotation anvil 1 built into a power tool 20, this manufacturing method is characterized by powder-injection-molding the overhang part 7 and a supporter 11 for supporting the overhang part 7 from the lower position into one piece, and removing the above supporter 11 simultaneously when drilling holes with a drill 13, after finishing the degreasing and sintering steps.
