PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegitimate use of a communication terminal by a third party when a user loses the mobile communication terminal possessed by the user and to allow the user to early find the missing mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: When the user loses the mobile phone 1 possessed by the user, a user terminal 2 transmits a lock request to the mobile phone 1 to lock operations of the mobile phone 1. In this case, the mobile phone 1 inquires of a communication enterprise 3 for the position information of itself to acquire the position information and transmits the position information to the user terminal 2. When the user terminal 2 receives the position information of the mobile phone 1, the user terminal 2 reads map information of a concerned area from a map information database and displays the map in cross-reference with the current position of the mobile phone 1. Thus, the illegitimate use of the mobile phone 1 by a third part can be prevented by locking the operations of the mobile phone 1 from a remote place and the user obtains the position information of the mobile phone 1 so as to early find the mobile phone 1.
