PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that transmission of a downward signal be obstructed by leaking out of an incoming signal, which the information terminal transmits to a receive terminal side through a junction distribution means in a safety device, which switches unilateral and bidirection sides according to a terminal type which is connected with an output terminal, and has junction distribution means 31, 32 which form at least two output terminals. SOLUTION: A switching means 42, which selectively switches the unilateral and bidirection sides, is installed in a transmission line which the junction distribution means forms. The transmission line which switched the switching means 42 to the unilateral side is constituted by a high pass filter 36, which passes the downward signal to the receiver terminals, a low-pass filter 38 of which one end is connected with the transmission line in between the junction distribution means 31 or 32 and the high-pass filter 36, and a termination resistor 39 connected with the other end of the low-pass filter 38 in order to absorb the incoming signal.
