PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a large social problem, or the digital divide, wherein many elderly persons, disabled persons, or persons who are not accustomed to the operation of information equipment cannot access to the information due to the rapid advance of an information communication network and equipment such as Internet. SOLUTION: Contents themselves are accessibly created beforehand and, when there is a delivery request form a user, the contents are dynamically reconstructed and provided according to the characteristics of the user.
