PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform processing of a summary evaluation using a computer whereby the evaluation can be conducted with a reproducibility using a mechanical learning method with a teacher. SOLUTION: Any case consisting of a text, its summarized result and evaluation of thereof as the solution data is stored in a solution data storing part 11. A solution vs. antecedents couple extraction part 12 extracts sets of a solution and a collection of antecedents from the case in the solution data storage part 11, and a mechanical learning part 13 uses the mechanical learning method to presume how the given set of solution and antecedents collection will lead to any solution and stores the learning result in a learning result data storage part 14. An antecedents extraction part 15 extracts the collection of antecedents from the fed summary 2, and an evaluation presumption part 16 makes reference to the learning result data storage part 14 and presumes how the collection of antecedents received from the antecedents extraction part 15 will lead to any solution, and the result from presumption is adopted as the evaluation 3.
