PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level anchor bolt capable of uniformly retaining as a whole the horizontal level of a base, easily correcting a horizontal deflection of the base even if it arises and stabilizing as a whole the tight connection of a sill and a continuous footing, simplifying and facilitating the execution works, and constructing a precise sill.
