PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater framed construction for enabling rational designs of a jacket and piles and realizing an economic advantage. SOLUTION: In the underwater framed construction, wherein lower parts of legs 4 of a jacket 3 comprising the legs 4 and braces 5 are connected to plural piles 2 by means of grout, which piles 2 being placed in advance into underwater ground 1 in a predetermined position, the piles 2 with shear keys projecting from the underwater ground 1 to a height larger than a required height are inserted into the lower parts of the legs 4 having inner diameters larger than diameters of the piles, and a gap between each of inner peripheries of the legs 4 in the connection parts 4a and each of outer peripheries of the piles 2 is filled with a grout material 6 in a predetermined length.
