PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent caulking of asphalt content even when a raw material oil is made more volatile. SOLUTION: The asphalt-separating facility is equipped with an extraction tower 2 for adding a solvent to the raw material and carrying out extraction of the asphalt content, a heating furnace 4 for heating an asphalt-containing solvent supplied from the extraction tower 2 through a supply line 3 and a solvent-charging apparatus 8 provided in the supply line 3. When the flow rate of the asphalt-containing solvent fed to the heating furnace 4 is reduced by making the raw material introduced into the extraction tower 2 more volatile, a supplementary agent can be charged from the solvent-charging apparatus 8. Thereby, flow rate in the heating furnace 4 is kept and vaporization of the solution is controlled even when the raw material oil is made more volatile to prevent caulking of the asphalt content in the heating furnace.
