PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made guide for a transmission which suppresses shock and noise caused by play of guide itself when performing transmission running even if a scope of dimensional tolerance of guide molding precision is enlarged, increases production efficiency, and reduces production cost. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin-made guide 100 for the transmission gear is composed of a synthetic resin-made guide main body 110 formed by molding a shoe part 112 with which a transmission medium comes into contact and which slides and a vertical wall-like part 112 composed of a pair of slit walls 112a, 112a opened in opposition in the longitudinal direction of the guide on a rear side of the shoe part 112 integrally and a reinforcing plate 120 fitted into a slit S formed between a pair of slit walls 112a and 112a. A projecting pressing piece 113 protruding into the slit S and capable of pressing is cut out and molded integrally on either of the slit walls 112a. The reinforcing plate 120 is pressed and nipped by the projecting pressing piece 113 provided on the slit wall 112a and the slit wall 112a on the other side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
