PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form by which metal fittings for a form such as P-con, form-tie (R), etc., can be diverted and a concrete form connection structure by which metal fittings used for wooden forms can be diverted. SOLUTION: A plurality of plastic made concrete forms 30 having sheathing board section 32 and side board sections 33 are arranged so that mutual side board sections 33 are brought into contact with each other. A separator 22 is inserted into an insertion hole of the concrete form 30. A plastic cone and a metal fitting 23 are fitted to the separator 22. In the hollow member, two boards 36 and a reinforcing rib 37 connecting the boards 36 in the sheathing board section 32 are integrally formed. The gap of the reinforcing ribs 37 is made narrower than the width of the contact face of a holding plate 24 of the plastic cone 22 and the fastening metal fitting 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
